Position: Human Resource & Administration Executive
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the company’s hiring, administrative and operational procedures
- Work with line managers to review and assess resourcing needs across the teams and associated budgets, and develop hiring plans including candidate identification and outreach
- Assist in managing all HR administration
- Ensure all employee-related data is organized and secure, and all related documentation adheres to company data protection standards
- Act as a key point of contact for HR-related and employee relations matters
- Handle office administration matters
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in HRM or related discipline
- Preferably 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal and social skills
- Circumspect, proactive, organized, able to work independently with good time management
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
