Position: Customer Service Executive/Indoor Sales
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge
- Understand and analyze customer logistics service needs by building communicative and open relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to grow relationships that assist in revenue generation
- Source and gather costs from agents/vendors/carriers/
airlines and perform data entry - Provide quotations to customers
- Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements
- Monitor and follow up with the relevant stakeholders during the delivery of logistics services to customers
- Facilitate adherence to customer service standard
- Resolve customer relationship management conflicts
- Follow situational factors that promote or inhibit change
- Understand risks associated with different approaches of process changes
- Verify billing documents before sending to customers and ensure payment for our services
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of interest within business activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of air freight experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably with knowledge of shipping regulations and policies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resourceful and analytical to provide solutions to meet customers’ needs
